The Best St. Paddy's Day Traditional Corned Beef and Cabbage

Ingredients
  • Corned Beef Brisket
  • 4 Carrots
  • 1 Onion
  • 1-2 Heads of Cabbage
  • 8 Red Potatoes
  • 1 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 300.
  2. Fill a turkey pan with ½ inch Water and add Apple Cider Vinegar.
  3. Remove Beef Roast from package. Wash and cover top layer with the spice packet.
  4. Place Brisket in water and put in oven. Roast for 2½ to 3 hours.
  5. Chop all vegetables.
  6. Add vegetables to roasting pan the last hour of the baking time.
