Harvest Cookies
 
Ingredients
  • 5 Cups Flour
  • 4 teaspoons Ground Ginger
  • 2 teaspoons Baking Soda
  • 1½ teaspoons Cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Cloves
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • 1½ Cups Butter
  • 2 Cups Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • ½ Cup Molasses
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Combine the first five ingredients in a bowl.
  3. Cream the next four ingredients together in a stand mixer.  Add molasses and combine.
  4. Add dry ingredients to the creamed mixture a little at a time.
  5. Spoon batter onto cookie sheet.  I like to use a 1½ Tablespoon cookie scoop.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges of cookies are browned.
