Easy Week Morning Egg Muffins

Ingredients
  • 18 Eggs
  • ½ Turkey Kielbasa, Chopped
  • 4 oz. Sliced Mushrooms
  • 1 Small Bag Organic Spinach
  • ½ Bag Shredded Mexican Cheese
  • ½ Yellow Onion, Chopped
Instructions
  1. Preheat Oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Spray each Muffin tin with Pam or something similar.
  3. Spoon enough egg mixture into each tin until it is ⅔ filled.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the muffins have puffed up out of the muffin tins.
